Ukraine's PIM Reform through DREAM
We were pleased to participate in the The World Bank Group seminar “Implementing Public Investment Management (PIM) Reform through Ukraine’s DREAM Platform”, exploring Ukraine’s experience of linking institutional reform, change management and digital transformation.
One message particularly resonated with us: digitalisation works best when it builds on sound methodology, clear rules and well-defined PIM processes.
Ukraine’s experience with DREAM is a powerful example of this principle in practice — and one we very much support.
