PPP Central Port
We have started one of the most important consulting projects in history

Over the next 4 years, we will support the Port of Gdansk Authority in preparing a public-private partnership project for the investment
Mon. Construction of the Central Port in the Sea Port of Gdańsk.
Together with our partners, i.e. Wuprohyd and attorney Rafał Cieślak, we are starting work that is to lead to the implementation of one of the largest infrastructure investments in Pomerania.
The new investment will cover approximately 1,400 ha of water area and 410 ha of land area, where nine terminals, four turning basins, approach tracks and infrastructure for access to the port from the land side will be built. In May 2019, a technical concept for the planned investment was created.
The involvement of DS Consulting in the initial phases of work will involve primarily developing the target formula of cooperation with the private partner, including defining the parties' obligations during construction and in the operational period. These solutions will be market-confronted with a number of stakeholders, including operators and financial institutions.
The preliminary work is aimed at optimal preparation for the most important part of the order - the PPP procedure and the selection of a reliable partner with whom the Port of Gdansk Authority will implement the project necessary for the Polish economy - the construction of the Central Port.
