The candidate's great advantage is fluent knowledge of English - it enables work in our international projects - and knowledge of MS Excel.

What we offer?

Every year we conduct paid internships and student internships. We often offer permanent employment after their completion. We try to create a friendly atmosphere at DS CONSULTING, and everyone feels that they can count on the support of the Management Board and colleagues.

We provide a variety of projects so that everyone can check the issues we deal with. We work in project teams, so younger employees have the opportunity to benefit from the experience of older colleagues.

We invest in development: on average, we organize internal training once a month as part of the DS Academy. Training is conducted by external experts and experienced consultants from our team. Each employee has a training fund at their disposal, which they can use to improve themselves in their chosen field.

Immediately after completing the internship, new employees can count on a fixed salary, which increases annually and depends on the pace of development of a given person and the general market situation.

We organize company trips and outings for the entire team. Sometimes it is a one-day trip, such as shared kayaking, other times it is a multi-day trip. In recent years, we visited together, among others: Paris, Rome, Stockholm, Naples and Nicosia.
