STORMWATER POLAND conference March 11-13.
On the second day of the STORMWATER POLAND 2019 conference , we talked about ways of financing stormwater management.
Rafał Szporko was the moderator of the session during which the financing of projects from public sources, including EU Funds after 2020 (presentation by Mr. Piotr Czarnocki from the Ministry of Environment) and private funds, including green bonds ( Joanne Manda , UNDP), was discussed.
Mec. Katarzyna Zięba (DS LEX) discussed the issue of public aid in financing operational activities, and Mr. Jeremi Elżanowski from ACO showed an example of how the introduction of fees for rainwater motivates companies to build small retention ponds.
