Draft new tariff regulation in the water and sewage sector
A few days ago, a draft of a new tariff regulation in the water and sewage sector appeared on the website of the Government Legislative Center.
The amendment to the Act on collective water supply and collective sewage disposal and the above-mentioned regulation introduces a number of changes to the rules for preparing tariffs.
They concern, among others: 3-year period for which the tariff is prepared, new rules for including depreciation and some other costs in necessary revenues, as well as limitations on the profit margin and settlement of excessive profit from previous years in the submitted tariff.
The scope of the changes and the short time for their implementation - the deadline for preparing and submitting tariff applications is March 12 - makes the training conducted by our experts very popular.
