Another PPP contract signed
On February 22, 2019, a PPP contract was signed for the construction and long-term maintenance of road infrastructure in selected towns of the Słupsk Commune.
The Słupsk Commune signed a PPP agreement, the subject of which is the construction and long-term maintenance of road infrastructure in three towns of the Commune.
The duration of the contract is 120 months from the moment of signing it. The value of the contract is over PLN 50 million. This is another consulting project in the field of PPP, in which DS CONSULTING consultants together with DS LEX legal advisors led to the financial closure of the PPP project. Our company provided comprehensive financial, economic and legal advice, as well as technical advice, and led the entire process of selecting a private partner for this project.
